NBN Home Phone (VoIP) Porting A Landline Before NBN Activation

To ensure a smooth transfer of the home phone (VoIP) service from the customers current provider to MATE, please follow the steps below:
  1. Enter a delayed activation date on the sign up page – set the delay to a week from the date of order.
  2. Advise your customer to contact our support team on 13 14 13 and follow the prompts for support.
  3. Have your customer advise the support agent that they wish to delay the activation of the NBN service to the same date that the home phone service is transferred over to us.
